Welcome to Draft-a-Dragon's Website! |
Here you can learn all about our story, find an in-depth explanation for every action card, and peruse our Questions and Answers page. Also feel free to contact us! We hope that you'll support our kickstarter release, live March 30th-April 29th (12:31am). We recently reached our funding goal (yay!), but you can still reserve your very own copy on kickstarter.
How does it work?
Draft-a-Dragon is a drafting game.
Basically, players pass around their hands, with each player picking one card to keep (face-down) at a time before passing. The cards dwindle down until each player has "kept" seven cards. *Rules Download* |
Then, players use those cards to build a dragon:
Then come the action cards
Players draft again, this time with five action cards. Action cards allow players to tweak their dragon for more points (scored later), or sabotage other players' plans.

Finally, scoring
Points are only scored at the very end of the game, all at the same time.
